1. How do you locate school mates?
Locating old school friends is a joint venture between us and the committee. Our goal is to entice as many school mates as we can to such a memorable event. If you see someone get them to register advise them of your School reunion, word of mouth is a wonderful form of finding people. We start with a year/class list with names, addresses, email and phone numbers that the committee has supplied to us. We utilise many resources in locating your school mates this search includes telephone calls, sophisticated database search, internet research, advertising in newspapers, magazines and radio in your area and Australia wide.



2. What is the cost per person?
Your ticket costs are determined by year/class size, reunion location and menu planning. The additional costs involved in planning a School reunion or event are school friend search, telephone calls, printing, postage, entertainment, decorations and name tags. Cost will vary from reunion to reunion. We will work hard together to keep the price down.



3. How do I pay for my tickets?
Tickets can be booked through this website via our on-line secure server, a credit card fee of $2.50 per ticket applies for on-line payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal & Bank Cheques, Money Orders and Direct Deposit into our financial institution.



4. Can I buy tickets at the door?
NO, your tickets must be purchased before the event. The deadline is 1 month prior to the event, we understand there will be stragglers and will accept payment 7 days before.



5. Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
NO, To help keep costs down. Your name tag is your ticket, you will receive this on arrival by the committee member.



6. Do you send me a confirmation notice when you receive my payment?
A confirmation of your payment is sent via email or post
by the deadline timeframe. If paying after the deadline you will need to call us for your confirmation.



7. What does the cost of tickets include?
Dedicated school reunion web page, invitations, name tags, entertainment, catering, decorations, photography set up, plus all the pre-reunion organising. Some packages will include Beer, Wine & Softdrink, some may not, the final decision is entirely up to the committee.



8. Do I receive a refund if I am unable to attend?
If payment has been made after the deadline unfortunately not, if made before the deadline you will lose 50%.


 
9. We want to attend but cannot really afford it, what can we do?
You should contact Raging Reunions direct, we offer several payment plans & options to help you make the big event.



10. What do we wear?
Most guests wear evening, cocktail or semi-formal attire, it will be stated on the invitation and your school reunion dedicated web page what the attire will be.



11. Can I choose my own DJ or Photographer?
Certainly or you can use our professionals again the final decision is left up to the committee. If you choose your own entertainment you will have to pay for the costs.



12. Should we invite teachers to our School Reunion?
Yes, the more people there the merrier!



13. Can we choose our own music?
Yes, t
he music selection and style is up to the committee, we can arrange a list of songs of your school era to help you along. If you require a band this can be organised but will bump up the costs.

1. Can we mix and match tours?
Yes, you certainly can. Contact us and let us know what you have in mind.



2. We already have something in mind, that we would like to do, though do not know how to go about organsing it, can you help?
Yes, in most cases we can.



3. Can we hire a bus?
Yes, sizes range from 12 to 50 seaters
.



4. Can you arrange accommodation for us?
Yes, accommodation can be arranged in several locations.



5. Is there a minimum or maximum number you require?
Some packages do require minimum numbers, when enquiring we will advise you
.



6. We want to have a party at home, can you help us organise it?
Yes, we can help with catering, music and event hire
. We can organise all or certain aspects of your party, it is entirely up to you what you would like help with.



7. How do we make a booking?
Contact us with your chosen package
. We will then take the necessary steps and make all arrangements in organising all details regarding your booking.



8. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, t
he group as a whole will pay a per person non refundable deposit, normally half the price of your chosen package. We also need the organisers credit card details as a security bond. Credit cards are not touched unless there are any cancellations or damages your card will then be charged, though you will be notified prior.



9. When do we need to pay the balance by?
14 days prior to your party date.



10. What happens if someone pulls out?
They wil lose their deposit & balance. There are strictly no refunds no matter what the reason. They are able to replace their ticket with another person.



11. How do we pay?
You
